The demand for air/vapour evacuation in certain kind of process applications fluctuates as the process parameters vary with time. The use of single vacuum leads to the fluctuation of vacuum, and constant vacuum cannot be maintained in the system.

Energy saver vacuum pool system keeps the vacuum virtually constant. Since the system is designed for best possible capacity control, it's a big time energy saver.

The system also features re-circulation of sealing liquid with inter cooling. This feature significantly cuts down on the cost of sealing liquid and reduces the load on effluent treatment.

In a parallel operation via common reservoir, two or more vacuum pumps operate. During operation, one pump runs continuously and the second pump is switched on and off depending upon the demand of a particular process. All through the operation, vacuum is maintained virtually constant to the set value.
