OIL-SEAL HIGH VACUUM PUMPS

"Effective, efficient and reliable, Joyam's high vacuum oil-seal, rotary pumps are best for processes that demand high vacuum of 0.05 torr or 0.005 torr. These rotary vane type pumps are highly smooth functioning and oil-immersed.

Equipped with in-built non-return valve, the pumps prevent the back flow of air. The high vacuum oil-seal, rotary pumps develop maximum vacuum of 0.05 mmHg in single-stage and 0.005 mmHg in double-stage. Pumps operate at 500 Rpm with the help of 'V' belt Drive Arrangement.

These simple to use pumps are enhancing the performance of solvent extraction and recovery, sugar, oil refineries, distilleries, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, paper, textile, tube light and general lighting industries, chemical laser plants, and printing, and more.

The pumps are currently being used in a wide range of processes such as vacuum filtration, distillation, vacuum crystallization, vacuum impregnation, vacuum metallurgy, thin film coating, vacuum drying, dehydration, evaporation, deodorization, de-gassing, moisture extraction, vacuum condensation, conveying, venting, and more.
